Day 1: Split → Milna (Brač)
Distance: ~11 NM
Your journey begins in Split, sailing across the Brač Channel toward the charming harbor of Milna.
Milna is known for its deep natural bay, traditional stone houses, and relaxed Dalmatian atmosphere. It’s an easy first sail, perfect for settling into life on board.
Wind & shelter notes:
- ✅ Excellent shelter from Bora (NE) and Jugo (SE)
- ⚠️ Open to stronger W/NW winds if not deep inside the bay

Day 2: Milna → Hvar Town
Distance: ~18 NM
Sail south toward Hvar, one of the most iconic stops on the Adriatic. Hvar Town offers historic architecture, vibrant nightlife, excellent restaurants, and a stunning waterfront.
You can berth in the town harbor or anchor nearby and tender ashore.
Wind & shelter notes:
- ⚠️ Hvar Town harbor is open to southerly (Jugo) winds
- ✅ Better shelter found on the north side of the Pakleni Islands nearby

Day 3: Hvar → Vis (Komiža or Vis Town)
Distance: ~20 NM
This leg takes you offshore to Vis, one of the most authentic islands in Croatia. Vis was closed to foreign visitors for decades, preserving its natural beauty and relaxed rhythm.
- Komiža is ideal for charm, fishing heritage, and sunsets
- Vis Town offers easier access and larger harbor facilities
Wind & shelter notes:
- ✅ Komiža is well protected from Bora (NE)
- ⚠️ Vis Town can be exposed to strong southerlies

Day 4: Vis → Pakleni Islands
Distance: ~15 NM
Sail back toward Hvar and drop anchor among the emerald bays of the Pakleni Islands. This archipelago is famous for crystal-clear water, pine forests, and secluded anchorages.
Perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and quiet evenings under the stars.
Wind & shelter notes:
- ✅ Excellent protection in bays on the north and east sides
- ⚠️ Some anchorages are open to strong westerlies in the afternoon

Day 5: Pakleni Islands → Šolta (Maslinica)
Distance: ~15 NM
Head north to the peaceful island of Šolta, docking in Maslinica. Maslinica is known for its restored castle marina, olive oil, local wine, and calm, elegant atmosphere.
This is the perfect contrast to the livelier islands earlier in the week.
Wind & shelter notes:
- ✅ Very well protected from Bora and Jugo
- ⚠️ Slightly open to NW winds, but generally safe
Day 6: Šolta → Split (via Čiovo or Blue Lagoon)
Distance: ~9–12 NM
Before returning to Split, stop for a final swim near Čiovo or the famous Blue Lagoon area. Shallow turquoise water and easy anchoring make this a relaxing last day on the sea.
Return to Split in the afternoon for your final night, dinner ashore, and a walk through the historic old town.
Wind & shelter notes:
- ✅ Sheltered sailing between islands
- ⚠️ Afternoon Maestral (NW) can be stronger but pleasant

Day 7: Disembarkation in Split
Enjoy a final breakfast on board before check-out. If time allows, explore Split’s old town, local markets, or waterfront promenade before departure.
